Note: You will be charged for the day of boarding regardless of time of entry.
Check out times are Monday-Saturday is 11:00 a.m. and Sunday is 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Pets checked out after these hours will be charged for that day.
Check-in and check-out times may vary during holiday periods. Prices subject to change.

Holiday Closings:
No Doggie Daycare on holidays, or when Falmouth Schools are canceled due to inclement weather.

Holiday Peak Periods:
A three (3) day minimum stay and corresponding deposit is required for the following Holiday Peak Periods:

February Vacation
April Vacation
Memorial Day Weekend
July 4th (July 2-6)
Thanksgiving (November 21-26)
Christmas / New Year (December 23 – January 3)

Holiday Peak Period deposits are 100% refundable if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled check in date.
Holiday reservations will be at full capacity – altering existing reservations is not recommended, but we will do everything we can to accommodate changes.
Early check outs during our Holiday Peak Period will be charged for the entire stay.

Dog Daycare Hours:

Monday through Friday:
7:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
Drop off 7 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.

Saturdays (Memorial Day – Labor Day):
9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Drop off 9 a.m. to 10 a.m.

Forms and Documents

Pick up is before 11 am on week days and Saturday, or between 9-10 on Sunday. If pets are picked up after then they will be charged for that day of boarding.

Dogs have to be dropped off before 10 am however we strongly recommend dogs be dropped off by 9:30 am. If it is your dogs first day of daycare they have to be dropped off by 8:30 am.

You can bring toys, bedding, and food. We recommend owners to bring their own dog food however we can provide dry kibble for free. We do not accept dog bowls due to the fact that we have our own and they are sanitized everyday in an industrial cleaner. We do not recommend bringing any sentimental or very important items incase of destruction or loss.

Yes the kennel and entire building has heat and A/C.

Dogs need to be current on Rabies, Bordetella and Distemper (DHLLP). To go into doggie daycare they also need to have a negative fecal within the year. To board, Cats need to be up to date on Rabies and Distemper (FVRCP).

We do have a generator that can power the kennel entirely including the heat or A/C. The front desk will have limited power though and phones will not be restored until the end of a power outage. We will be unreachable through our phones and cannot hear the voice messages, but can get emails. info@capecodpetresort.com

If the Falmouth High School is closed due to weather then our daycare is cancelled as well. For the safety of our staff we will close during bad storms and will try to contact our clients to notify them of our closing. Kennel staff will come in during storms to take care of the animals but the front desk may remain closed depending on power, road damages, and safety. Normally once the storm has passed we will reopen.

If we do lose power, the building does have a generator that can power the kennel completely but the front desk has limited power and the phone system will be down completely until the power is restored. We can receive emails at info@capecodpetresort.com
